STEP 1: Click the link above to download and run the Remote Support Tool.
STEP 2: The voiSip Agent will provide a Session Code.
STEP 3: Enter the code and click Join.
Once joined, the voiSip Agent will be able to view your screen and control your mouse to provide assistance or training.
You may click the Stop button, or close the support program, to end the session at any time.
Once the session has been stopped or closed, the voiSip agent will no longer have access to your system.
To begin a new session, run the tool again, and request a new Session Code.
